Participation & Safety Disclaimer for Wildwood Curiosity Studio

Wildwood Curiosity Studio provides hands-on, experiential learning opportunities that may include interaction with:

• Soil, plants, and natural materials,

• Water, mud, and outdoor elements

• Tools and crafting materials

• Live or preserved specimens and small animals

 

By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, allergic reactions, insect bites, or exposure to natural elements.

 

While we take reasonable precautions to maintain a safe environment, we cannot eliminate all risks

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

• Parents/guardians agree to:

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns

• Ensure their child is appropriately dressed for hands-on activities

• Accept responsibility for risks associated with participation

 

Studio Rights

• Wildwood Curiosity Studio reserves the right to:

• Remove a child from an activity if safety becomes a concern

• Deny participation if a child’s needs cannot be safely accommodated within our environment
